The 2024 August Raw Honey from Slate Hill Edible Forest is the best we've made yet! Its major component is jewelweed, a premium nectar found in honeys where the bees live in close proximity to bottomlands and swamps with large acreages of jewelweed. This year the jewelweed came on early and strong and the flavors in the honey are rich and decadent.
